Hi,

I upgraded my router from 12.1(21) to 12.3(26)and after rebooting the router I lost my eigrp neighbor. The other router is not under my control. I performed 'debug eigrp packets' and can see Hello packets being sent out but nothing is coming in. Nothing else has changed on my side except the IOS upgrade. Any thoughts ?

Thanks in advance

Mahendra,

without controlling the other side, it's difficult to troubeshoot. first step is to make sure you have reachbility to the other router by simply ping it interface connected to your router. It's sounds like your router it sending out eigrp packets but the other router is not responding.

Francisco.
