I need to apply some CoPP on 4500. I expected I'll just turn on CPP rules like on Cat3k or apply predefined profile like on Cat6k or N7k. But when I looked at CoPP chapter of the 4500 configuration guide at

I found there is macro that creates class-maps but policy map without any action statements hence doesn't policing (almost) anything.
Are there any Cisco recommended rate values for CoPP on 4500-X (Sup7/7LE) or is there any Cisco recommended template for policy map with predefined policy action statements for CoPP on 4500?
