Recovery procedure C2960

Hi

My 2960-24TC-L switch is startet up and shows up: switch:

Have tried to upload new image with xmodem without succes.

There must be a procedure to upload the new image, I have looking for hours and can not find the procedure

Can someone help please.

Why you could not do it via xmodem? What was the issue with xmodem?
