Hi Experts,
My clients infrastructure is linke linear. I want to implement redundancy, wish minimum cost. I have uploaded the default configuration and my proposal. Please suggets if it is right or not.. Also give me some suggestion for better performance.

Hi Vipin,
Yep thats a good thing to have redundancy in that topology. However it would be a lot better if you have a direct link between switch0 and switch2. And the efficient utilization of bandwidth would depend upon which switches you make the root for a each vlan. You can make a switch as the root bridge for half of the vlans and another switch as the root for other half number of vlans, this would distribute the traffic through the links using them effectively.
Hope this helps.

"minimum cost" - connect switches 0 and 3 in your original default configuration.
"better performance" - move to a star configuration - cross link leaf nodes - configure hub as root bridge - use port channels from leaves to hub (NB: your proposed diagram would be an example topology with switch 1 as hub - although need to block link between switches 2 and 3 not 1 and 3)

I'd remove the link between Switch 3 and Switch 1 because it'll give STP a headache.
NOTE: This looks like school work to me.
