Regarding ARP issue

On Cisco switch we have configured two VLANs.

One VLAN is having servers connected.

One VLAN is connected to Wireless LAN through Motorola devices.

Sometimes we are not getting connectivity to Wireless devices.

After doing clear arp on cisco switch we are able to get connectivity.

We have reduced arp timeout to 15 mins.

We have tried to give static mappings but issue does not get resolved.

During no connectivity time, what is the output message when pinging a wireless device?

When we ping Device it gives "request timed out"

I would check for physical connectivity issues, such as loops on those wireless devices.
