Regarding Switch ports hangs

Dear Team,

Please find the attachment for the tech-support of switch. The ports on VLAN 5 is getting hanging frequently. So we loose the connectivity. but other VLAN are working properly.

Please do the needful.

it seems there is no vlan 5 is created. Chek vlan database and creat the vlan.

Hi AP,

Vlan is there and it's working. only few times it happens, and when we reboot, it will start working normally.
