Registration server inability to successfully load ip address in web browser

I turned on the IOT service in the registration server. My ip address of the server is 192.169.1.10. When i attempt to search the server's IP address I get a "requesting port or connection does not exist on this device".  How do I make  port or connection exist on this device?
