Remote Desktop from public USER to SERVER ON VLAN using 3560 L3 switch (Huawei Router WAN -->LAN ->CISCO 3560 L3 SWITCH LAN --> VLAN SERVER)

I have new project for our company that needs to get a solution.

Our company have current network using ISP router and only HUB.

Here are some basic info.

1. There are two Public IP Addresses configured on The ISP Router

 - One is for Internet and one is for remote desktop to DATABASE SERVER

- Remote desktop public ip is forward/nat to (LAN) private ip address of the ISP Router 192.168.1.4

- LAN is using hub only to spreed the network.

2. We cannot be able to access the ISP router to see the configuration.

- Nobody from the previous and current IT Administrator knows the Password of the ISP router.

Now i am planning to improve our company network by changing HUBs to 3560L3 Switch as core switch and have VLANs since we are almost getting out of IP Address for LAN and Wireless users.

My Only Problem is, if i want to put my current server to new VLAN which will be having different IP from the current Network.

Can i do an adjustment on the 3560 L3 switch to allow  Public RemoteDesktop to see ISP LAN IP (192.168.1.4) and redirected to 3560 SERVER VLAN IP (10.10.10.4) without changing anything on the ISP Router configuration.

Please help to know what are the things i need to do to solve my problem. Kindly Refer to attached File...
