Hello, I was wondering what is the best way to remove configs from ports (GigE or Fa) in a 6500 that we aren't using anymore (i.e. best way to return a port to default). Remove each line one at a time or is there a command to default a port? Thanks.

To add to what Sandeep already posted, your IOS might also support range option with default. Don't recall whether default change shut/noshut, if not don't forget to set as necessary (also with range option, if possible).
