if that is master switch if that looking your interface 1/1/1  - my best approach, Turn off the device, Turn on each device change the renumber and priority write the config each device same proceedure, then turn on MAster switch and secondary check with show switch.

ive got 7 switches in stack, so lets say i can renumber all of them via the master one?

yes  yoiu can do, make sure you change the uplinks depends on number switch changed, suggest to do in maintenance window, since stack / member required to get new number effective.
