Rep and MSTP

Hello, I have a REP ring that is connected to a switched environment. What should be noted that REP sends TCN in the MSTP Domain ?

If I simulate a break in the ring, the core  switch (MSTP Domain) keeps the client mac on the wrong interface until the mac entry expires.

Well, you only have to enable the command "rep stcn {interface interface id | segment id-list | stp" this would help send TCN from STP although if what you want is for your REP interface to notice faster that it is down, you should modify REP hello response timer "rep lsl-age-timer"
