Hi,

Always use the Cisco Router Guide:

http://www.cisco.com/application/pdf/en/us/guest/products/ps5855/c1031/cdccont_0900aecd8019dc1f.pdf

and generally speaking the 1800 replaces the 1700, 2800 replaces the 2600, and the 3800 replaces the 3600.
