Hello,
I have a problem between Cisco switch with Nutanix SNMP Connection. Nutanix Techs told me, I need to change the System description for Cisco switch because Nutanix can't read the switch as it right now.
How could I change the switch system description ???
The system description for the switch is :
Cisco IOS Software, C2960X Software (C2960X-UNIVERSALK9-M), Version 15.2(5)E1, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1) Technical Support: http://www.cisco.com/techsupport Copyright (c) 1986-2016 by Cisco Systems, Inc. Compiled Wed 23-Nov-16 00:21 by prod_rel_team

It is not clear what they want you to change. It appears that they are involved in using SNMP so it would be logical that they want you to change something in SNMP about the switch. What you have posted appears to be from the bootup process or from show version. I doubt that is what they really want changed. Perhaps you can get them to be more specific about what they want you to change?

They want to remove “No” which mentioned in [ Wed 23-Nov-16 00:21 by prod_rel_team ]

That is interesting (and not what I expected). So perhaps I need to ask where (or how) you got the description that you posted.
And while I am thinking about it could you post the output of the following commands
show run | include snmp
show run | include SNMP

ONATTDMZSW01#show run | include
I got this description from the monitoring tools (192.168.98.33)

Thank you for the additional information. The description that you posted does not show up in any of the SNMP commands. If the description had been in any of the commands it would have been easy to change. But it is not.
It is helpful to know that you got the description from the monitoring tool. And it is clear that the monitoring tool was reporting information related to the specific version of code that the switch is running. This is not something that you can change directly. But if it is important to change this bit of data then you can upgrade the version of code that the switch is running and get a version of code that was not compiled in November.

. . . you can upgrade the version of code that the switch is running and get a version of code that was not compiled in November.
Excellent suggestion.
Another way this might be changed, although Rick's suggestion is much better, might be to decompress the binary and hex edit the image to replace the Nov with other characters. I believe a decompressed binary can be run directly. However, if Cisco does any bin image validation, when the image is loaded, this approach will fail. Also, if it does work, be prepared to store a binary image about twice the size it now is.

Decompress and hex edit is a very creative solution. But I am not optimistic that it would work. Changing characters in the object file would change the file hash. And I believe that most recent Cisco equipment does a file integrity check as it starts the boot process.

You might find sysdesc cannot be changed on a Cisco switch.
