IS IT POSSIBLE TO RESET USERNAME AND PASSWORD ON THE CISCO EPC2425. I HAVE FORGOTTEN BOTH AND AM LOOKING TO TURN OFF THE FIREWALL TO ALLOW DIVX CONNECT WORK OVER WIRELESS. LOOKING FORWARD TO HEARING FROM YOU SHORTLY. EMMET
