hi everyone..
i ask sorry if my post re-post
i would reset my catalyst 3750 that service-recovery-password was disable. i want save the running-config because nobody has backup file.
i read at cisco webpage but for my case the recovery procedure will erase my running-config and vlan.dat.
any suggestion?

As Leo noted, you will not be able to recover the password. You can open a TAC case, but that probably will not help either. You need to RMA the switch

Unfortunately, the feature to disable password recovery was developed just for this purpose.
You should not be able to work around this and if you do, please tell us how you did it.
It is good practice for admins to keep copies of config files, especially when you choose to disable password recovery.
