Hello everyone,

I'm struggling with scenario where I need split single WAN connection (6 public addresses available (/29)) between 2 seperate networks.
Wil be enough to simply buy L2 switch and split the connection?
Topology from my side:
ISP

 |
SW L2 ---Fiber optic route ---- SW L2

It depends. Is your default gateway to the ISP a part of that /29 or is there a separate /30 between you and the ISP and they route the /29 down to you?

Yes - the default GW is a part of /29 and I can use 6 public addresses inside my network.

Good. You can then terminate the connection into a switch and extend that VLAN to any other switch.
