RIp not working

Hello! I am a student at college and i need some help with setup RIP.
It is necessary that the network of the entire project be 197.10.19.0/24.
Since I was constantly experiencing overlap when using it, I changed the subnet mask to 28.
No matter how much I tried to configure the RIP protocol, I still could not ping the computers of other routers.
Does anyone know how to solve this or what's wrong?

интерфейсы, соединяющие маршрутизаторы друг с другом, должны иметь IP-адреса в одной подсети. Я также добавил RIPv2 на все маршрутизаторы...
