Good morning (o;
I have two broken 3750E here where switching and stacking won't work...
also have them both in the online license tool....
Now the question....do they really have life-time support or not?
What would be the cost to open an RMA and have them replaced?
Never done any RMA before (o;
thanks in advance

Hi Richard,
Are you bought from a Cisco Partner or Distribution?
You can check the warranty status of Cisco Device on CSCC (http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/services/ordering/cscc.html) , input the Serial Number than check the coverage.
If the device was covered with any Active Contract Service (PSRT, PSUP, SNT or SNTP), just do RMA without any cost.
PSRT or PSUP : Contact your partner
SNT or SNTP : You can do RMA by yourself or contact your sales point
Let me know if you have another question.
You can contact me on +6281285514069 on Whatsapp if you have another question.
Thanks

Hello Rinaldy
When I click on the "Launch Tool" on this page it directs me to the CSCC page where I don't see any option to do so...clicking "Profile manager" gets me an empty page....as all the other links there...
cheers

Hello Richard,
Are you have a Cisco ID?
Could you share the Serial Number? I can check it for you whether it covered or not
Thanks

Hello Rinaldy
I have these two serial numbers entered in the Cisco license tool:
FDO1206V0B8
FDO1207V08Y
From there I could generate an RMA right away I think.
thanks in advance

Hello Richard,
Checked these 2 SN, it was not under warranty.
You have to buy a service contract to Cisco Partner or Distributor or Sales Point.
buy a Smartnet since it was already fault.
Thanks.

Hi Richard,
No, it's not..
It's about only 10-20% of the unit price, than you have a one year warranty and technical support :)
Thanks.
Best Regards,
Rinaldy

Well....the unit price was probably in the 10k region...I paid around us$ 250 for both of them...
