RME: Inventory Management Job failed in Ciscoworks LMS3.2

In RME Inventory Management Job is showing failed for all 242 Devices in Ciscoworks LMS 3.2

Message Showing:

Transport session to device failed. Cause: Authentication failed on device.

Archive Management is able sync config but Inventory Collection.

Even Credential Job is successfull. But still Inventory Collection is unsuccessful on all the devices.

It was running proper since last 1 year. I have attached IC_server.Log file

Please help me in resolving this issue.

Hi,

Try to increase the SNMP time out.

Go to RME > Devices > Device Management > RME Devices, and edit the device attributes for those devices.  Increase the SNMP timeout to 10 seconds.  Save your changes then apply them on the previous screen.  Inventory collection should work after that.

I have changed SNMP timout settings. Still the issue is not resolved.
