Router 2821 with module NME-16ES-1G

Hi, we want buy a network module for Router 2821 (NME-16ES-1G), but I've not idea about the throughput or the packet per second of this module, and we need to know that information. I search in all cisco, but nothing it appears.

It module can routing, and create subinterface 802.1Q ???...

In the papers said the module allow 1024 VLAN's, but 4094 is the maximum VLAN ID allowed... so, I've just 64 VLANS per port in case I want configure subinterfaces 802.1Q (the module have 16 FE)??? . The throughput of this module is 180-224 Kpps, if somebody need that information.
