Hello Joshi,

the process URL filter uses too much cpu time. There is a protection mechanism called watchdog that actively monitors cpu usage by other processes.
When a process stucks the cpu the watchdog may even trigger a reload in an attempt to free the main cpu resources.
you have a quite old NPE on it if it has only 128 MB of RAM I'm afraid you cannot use this feature on this box, not without some tuning at least.

the feature may not be supported on your IOS image and hardware.
for going you should provide additional information
show ver
+
configuration of URL filtering and for what you use it
do not post usernames/passwords and change public ip addresses in private ip addresses for your safety.
Hope to help

Hi,
URLF-3-SERVER_DOWN:Connection to the URL filter server 10.40.2.26 is down
In this message, the router has lost contact with the content-filtering server (10.40.2.26). If you have configured a secondary server, the router establishes contact with it.
%URLF-3-ALLOW_MODE:Connection to all URL filter servers are down and ALLOW MODE is OFF
If the primary (or secondary) servers fails and no other content-filtering server is available, you will see this message. The router goes into an allow mode, in which all HTTP connections either are allowed or are denied.
%URLF-5-SERVER_UP:Connection to an URL filter server is made, the system is returning from ALLOW MODE
If CBAC inspection for HTTP has entered the allow mode and then successfully restores connectivity to a content-filtering server, you will see this message.
