I have a existing voice gateway with up time of more-than a year. My concern is my router's up time safe? And what would happen if the up-time would be more than a year.

In my humble opinion, the router uptime is the least of your concern. My greatest concern is the (age of the) IOS version currently being used because there could be security vulnerabilities &/or bug fixes that have been resolved in later releases.
