I know, this has always been an issue , especially in N7K ? but is there any development to this ? I heard from someone that Cisco has solved this with the new 7.x version ? Has anyone tested this recently ?

Hi Reza,
The problem is presumably that of creating routing adjacencies in the presence of Cisco vPC. There was a link to the post L3 over vPC: Nexus 7000 vs 5000 on Adam Raffe's blog that describes.
Hi Raj,
Take a look at Dynamic Routing over vPC possible in 7.2 NX-OS? that was created in the WAN, Routing and Switching forum and see if that answers your question.
