We were advised to get an RPS2300 to use to keep our switches running while changing out the main power connections to our switches. However we are now finding that the 3750 still needs to reboot to activate the internal power supply. Is there any way to force the switch to use the internal power supply once again?

Eric,
BAd news no there is no way to revert back to internal PSU without reloading.
Ref:
Can a device revert back to its own power supply without rebooting?
A. A Cisco Catalyst E and 2960-S Series switches are capable of reverting back to their own
power supply without rebooting. All other devices might reboot when reverting back to their
own power supplies.
