RPS2300 WITH WS-C3560E-24TD TEMPERATURE PROBLEM

Hello all.

I installed a RPS2300 with a switch WS-C3560E-24TD and work temperature in switch   up to 40 º C and 43 º C. 

Anyone know if this work temperature is normal? or extremely high.
