to use RSPAN on LAN, I used two Catalyst 3560.
on the first I did the configuration:
monitor session 1 source vlan 1
monitor session 1 destination remote vlan 901
on the second switch I did the config:
monitor session 1 source remote vlan 901
monitor session 1 destination interface FastEthernet 0/23
I can ping the two VLANs as the switch can did the layer 3 functions.
but the first switch cannot support the command "reflector-port".
on the remote port (Fa0/24) I cannot capture the ping between the VLANs, is it due to the reflector-port command??

3560's dont need 'reflector-port', only on 3550. Make sure you have this in your config:
vlan 901
remote-span

Thanks for the note.
I have just to ask another question:
the 3560, dont need a reflector port because it's a layer 3 or for another reason?

Hi Omar,
3550 and some lower model have architecture limitation that they need to have a unused port working as a reflector port and this architecture limitation is removed from 3560 and some higher model switchlike 3750,Cat6k.
3550 is also a layer 3 switch so that does not matter. So its just an advancement in architecture design.
