RSPAN session not configuring on a WS-C2960S-48TS-S

I was attempting to configure an RSPAN session from one of my clients access layer switches.  here is what I am getting when i get the error that I receive

tbh7#conf t
Enter configuration commands, one per line.  End with CNTL/Z.
tbh7(config)#monitor session 1 destination remote vlan 25
                                           ^
% Invalid input detected at '^' marker.

tbh7(config)#

Do you have LAN base IOS license installed?

To use RSPAN, the switch must be running the LAN Base image.

Do you have LAN base IOS license installed?

To use RSPAN, the switch must be running the LAN Base image.
