troubleshoot runts what are my options to trace this or find the cause on Nexus the switch is 9693PX with connection is on a FEX c2248TP.

Hello.

Check duplex settings on the peer connected to the port - looks like it's running half-duplex (probably due to auto/auto, while your port is hard-coded with 100/full).
