RV215W forgotten username and password.

Please help me get logged into my router.  We've forgotten our username (though I think we left it cisco) and password.  We want to get in so we can reconfigure the wifi passwords we setup.  I've searched all of the helps and google...I can't figure it out.

Since all of our devices have lost wifi, I'm assuming that my attempt to reset was successful.  How do I login in to my router now?

I am not familiar with that model, but I would guess that like most Cisco routers it has a console connection. If so that is probably how you would access it and configure it.
