I have a printer and I want change IP from dhcp to static, but first I want to know IP address available to use ..How to make scan IP addresses don't use it for any person in my company ....

show ip dhcp binding  >> this will give you the list of ip address already been assigned.

I think that you can also use command which “show ip arp”

Hello,

If you have dhcp server access, then you can cross check what mac address is binded with which ip address or as stated by issuing show ip dhcp bindings.

or another way is to scan your network for used ip address with some open tools.

In all the three you can have list of non usable ip address which can be reserved for some special purpose.
