Secured backup of config files

Good day, I'm using a Cisco ASA firewall. Model: Cisco ASA5540 IOS: asa707-k8 We have been backing up configs to our backup servers using TFTP. Now we want to use a secured way of backing up configs. May you please advise what other ways can one implement. Regards Nelson

Hi

Not sure about that release as its from 2007 but on versions 8 and up you can use scp to transfer files, you can try it anyway maybe it will work for you

​With FTP method you can do backup in secure way by having username and password methodology.
