What does seed IP address mean in Cisco Network Assistance.

When you specify a seed address, Assistant will use that address to find information about neighbors of that IP, using CDP.

Hi Mainodin,
Seed ip address when identified , Network assistant uses to discover the neighbour devices up to 4 hop counts from seed devices.
