My Cisco 1310 firmware crash whiel i try to upgrade with newest firmware, how can i recover my firmware on 1310 Bridge.

                       Thanks for ur reply, but my cisco 1310 bridge power injector doesn't have MODE button. how can i????

I m try to upgrade from C1310-K9W7-M version 12.3(8) JEA3 to  C1310-K9W7-version12.4 JDA2 one is successfully upgraded but another doesn't upgrade and firmware crash i guess ;( ;(  any advices.
