I have a config question that I'm not sure how to approach. Our user network is made up of 3 subnets behind a 3750, the 3750 connects to 2 routers and then FW for 2 individual Internet connections. The 3750 has a default gateway configured to use Internet A, I want one of the subnets to use Internet B.
Whats the best way to approach a fix for this?

You need to use PBR. See link:
http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/ios/12_2/qos/configuration/guide/fqos_c/qcfpbr.html
Also, in order to run PBR on 3750, you need IP services license.
