Is there a reason the "[no] service password-recovery" command is not available in the list of IOS commands?

I've looked at IOS 12.4- 15.x (IPBase through Advanced IP services) on the 2800 series routers.
The Cisco documtation states this command is available via CLI.
Back-in-the-day, hidden IOS commands carried all the talk and of course Cisco stated hidden commands were not supported.

The command works as expected on IOS 12.4 through 15.x BUT just need to ensure MGT understands the resons why the command does not show itself.
