Setting port settings on a Cisco 2950 switch

 I'm trying to set my port settings on the switch. I select Cisco switch and assign it to the port. I then hit submit. The screen refreshes and it did not save my settings. Has anyone experienced this before. I'm sure I'm just missing something simple.

are you using some software to do this ?

Can you not console into it as its a 2950 switch and set the port setting directly

Dont use CNA mate, just Telnet or console in, and use the CLI.
