Settings required for IP CCTV Setup

Dear Sir,

We had purchased 20 nos of SG 300 10PP & 2 nos of SG 300 28PP Switch for field Site Location for connecting POE Camera.

We had purchased 1 no. of SG 300 28 SFP for connecting all POE switch to Control room via SFP port.

We had purchased 1 no of SG 500 X 24 for connecting NVR with SFP switch

now i would like to know settings and how to do them?

for configuring all the switches with main mother switch through VLAN

Can you explain to us what you already have configured and what the issue is you are running into.?

please remember that if you do not master the network basics it is probably best to involve a certified Cisco integrator.

Hello,

I would start by establishing basic connectivity between all devices first. Putting the PoE cameras (how many do you have) in a dedicated VLAN is probably a good idea. Also, some sort of QoS for the video traffic is usually recommended.

Can you make a schematic drawing of what your setup will look like ?
