sf300-48pp And port aggregation

Hi,

We have in a branch office two 4Mo SDSL Line (MPLS).

We put these lines in a port aggregation with load balancing in order to provide a better service.

The two lines are up.

We experienced these troubles :

  • One PC looses one ping on three. Web application are always unconnecting, reconnecting.
  • When we bring a new PC, it become impossible to connect it to the network. An ipconfig shows an unplugged cable
  •

When we delete the aggregation, everything come back fine.

Is it OK to make an aggregation with two SDSL ?

How can I toubleshoot the problem ? MY provider says the lines are fine.

Regards

You should be able to do it but you may need the ISP involved you could try use MLPPP as 1 type of feature not sure if that would work fully with mpls though on provider side  , if you cant use the ISP you can load balance across the 2 links using CEF , use equal default routes for both links and setup ip cef load-sharing

Have you talked to your provider about getting bonded sdsl , you may need a specific wic in the router to achieve this on your side though but i think its possible in some cases

Just an option to try anyway
