Hi,
I have Cisco catalyst 6807 switch and want to connect it with Cisco catalyst 2960 switch using SFP fiber port. But the 6807 switch has 10G ports and Cisco 2960 has 1G port. Let me know work around any converter module or any other option.

This is an often asked question and the answer will always be the same: SFP+ will only negotiate to 10 Gbps. SFP will only negotiate to 1 Gbps.

SFP+ is required on both switches? or if one side is SFP and other is SFP+ then will it work?
I have 6816-2T (DFC4)-16port 10G module on Cisco6807,it will be compatible to SFP+ or not?

No. It won't work. Both ends must either be SFP & SFP or SFP+ & SFP+.
