SFP GLC-LH-SMD not working in router ISR4321

Hello ,

when i plug in the GLC-LH-SMD (Cisco)  in the ISR4321 version 16.06.04 i have an error Message and port disabled

" *Apr 11 07:38:28.675: %TRANSCEIVER-3-INIT_FAILURE: R0/0: iomd: Detected for transceiver module in Gigabitethernet0/0/0, module disabled "
I Try an other new  SFP the GLC-LH-SMD the same error

when these two SFP working fine in a switch catalyst 2960  and in new model switch 9200

I upgrade the version of the router to 17.03.05  alwayse the same message

when i plug a module GLC-SX-MMD or GLC-SX-MM it working fine  no error

any help please ?

Upgrade the firmware of the router.

Hi,

did you check on different port? Try to shutdown , connect SFP and no shutdown also.

Normally, it is supported from 3.15 IOS XE

i do the shut and no shut  but always  not working

i have make the link with  switch sfp  , the link in the switch is up and in the router not work

problem always , but i changed another sfp made in china  it work , but the first sfp is made in malaysia only this the déférences

i pulled the power cable  , the same always problem  , i try with a new GLC-LH-SMD  it work but when i reboot the system it became disabled
