Can we connect "Cisco SFP-10G-SR Module" one side and "Cisco SFP-10G-LR Module" other side .
I have no idea how these work. could someone please give me basic idea how to choose the SFP and SFP+

You should be able to but you mau need an adapter as its multimode to single mode , SR supports 400metres while LR supports 10 kiliometres , what type of fibre are you using , best to use the same at each end if possible

SR (Short Reach) and LR (Long Reach). For SR you need multi-mode and for LR you need Single mode. You can't mix them. It will not work. Need to use the same optics and the same type of cable on both sides.
Also, SFP is used for Gig and SFP+ for 10Gig.

This won't work. Both sides should have the same wavelength, i. e. SR to SR or LR to LR.
