I purchased new N2K-C2348TQ, SFP-10G-SR and CVR-QSFP-SFP10G for additional ports.
All the QSFP ports are already in use, so there is no choise to use the converter module for inter connection of N2K and N5K.
The combination works properly, but I cannot check the serial number by "show int trans".
it says;
Fabric Port: Ethernet1/43
Fex Uplink: 9
sfp is not supported
sfp is present but not supported
Invalid calibration
Fabric Port: --
Fex Uplink: 10
sfp is not supported
sfp is present but not supported
Invalid calibration
Fabric Port: --
Fex Uplink: 11
sfp is not supported
sfp is present but not supported
Invalid calibration
Fabric Port: --
Fex Uplink: 12
sfp is not supported

Invalid calibration
Does anyone know show command to find out the serial number?

Thank you for the comment.
I tested the show command but could not get serial numbers.
The result was as follows;
N5K# sh int transceiver fex-fabric details
Ethernet1/11
transceiver is not present
Calibration/Detail information unavailable
Ethernet1/12
transceiver is not present
Calibration/Detail information unavailable
Firstly I thought this was because of 40g-2-10g converter.
But I noted that QSFP-H40G-ACU7M=, short copper qsfp cable, was also not detected on FEX-fabric side port.
Maybe parent Nexus5K cannnot detect SFP modules on fex-fabric side.
