I want to connect a Cisco SG-500 switch to a Unifi 16XG switch.
I bought 2 SFP+ DAC cables.
When I create a loop from 16XG (port 3<->4), the connection lights blink
When I create a loop on SG-500 (port 25<->26), the connection lights blink as well.
When I connect the Unifi to the Cisco switch, the connection fails: no LEDs blink.
Both switches seem to recognise a passive transceiver is connected, but no connection is established.
How do I debug the negotiation process?

- Check the logs of the SG-500 when the connection is attempted.

Unfortunately, that doesn't help too much:
2147478559 2020-Mar-09 15:30:02 Informational %LINK-I-CHNGCOMBOMEDIA: Media changed from copper media to fiber media on port gi1/26. 2147478560 2020-Mar-09 15:30:01 Informational %NSFP-I-SFPGibicDetected: gi1/26 SFP port is present
These are the logs when unplugging / reinserting the DAC cable. That's it :(
I also checked the remote syslog server, but that one did not help either:

And the NSFP log:

These logs are taken by first unplugging / plugging port 26 (while attached to Unifi switch), pause 20sec, and next plugging DAC cable into port 25 (thus creating a link between port 26 and 25 instead of 26<-> Unifi. The results do not show anything (imo)

- Is there anything in the logs of the unifi (too) ?
