sg200-10fp layer2

I have a cisco sg200-10fp layer2 ,the power led is blinking, but the, Ethernet ports are not coming up, sometimes it comes up and after 15mins they go off again, any hints that might be causing this?

Was this switch working before? If it was and now the ports are not coming up, you maybe encountering a hardware issue that requires an RMA.

Yes it was working well,but then the internet got lost ,so I decided to power cycle the main dhcp router and the internet resume back,but going back to connect to the sg200-10fp switch it wasnt connecting,so I decided to power cycle it also,but now the ethernet ports didnt resume back ,it just flicks for 15secs then goes off.

Seems like a hardware issue. It is possible to logon to it using a console cable and try upgrading the software? If that is not possible, I am afraid you may have to RMA it.

It is past warranty,3yrs in  use,so it doesn't qualify for RMA.
