SG200-26 Port VLAN Membership Issue

Hello I have the SG200-26 Smart Switch and when I go to add a port to a VLAN under the Port VLAN Membership tab none of the VLANs I created show up in the dialog box so there is no way for me to add them.

Hello,

in VLAN Management > Interface Settings do you have a Mode (Access or Trunk) set for the respective port (page 182 of the attached user guide) ?

https://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/td/docs/switches/lan/csbss/sf20x_sg20x/administration_guide/Cisco_200Sx_v1_4_AG.pdf

I have tried both Access and Trunk but either way no VLANs show up in the dialog box, not even the default VLAN.

Hello,

try and reboot the SG200...

Which firmware version are you running ?

I was running 1.3.0.26 but I just upgraded to 1.3.7 then to 1.4.8 and now they show up. Thanks!

Firmware is usually the first thing you want to upgrade in these small business switches. Glad that you got it to work...
