I would like to know how to setup the SG250 Switch to allow all VLAN on all ports OR just Vlans  10, 20 , 100, and 120 on all ports. (including the SFP port)

I would also be setting up the SFP as a trunk (which is already says its a trunk) but is there any other settings I would need to setup (this is assuming a setup a trunk on the SFP connection on the other side of the SFP trunk to a Cisco 3800 series switch on the other side)

Hi

Each port must have one vlan at a time, you can not assign a port to more than one vlan.

If the port is configured as trunk then it is done. There´s nothing more to configure if you intention is use it as trunk. And on the trunk port you are going to have all the vlans passing.

here is the administration guide for vlans

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/switches/lan/csbms/250_/2_5_7/Admin_guide/tesla-250-ag/vlan-management.html

if you have port in access mode, then you can assign 1 vlan to port. (and additionally you can have 1 voice vlan). if port mode it trunk, we can configure many tagged vlans under port. also trunk ports can configure to limit permitted vlans or allow all vlans.
