Hello,
I try to check the "Reactivate Suspended Port" in the port setting on my SG300 switch.
After clicking on apply, it comes back unchecked.
Please help.

Hi Laurent, what is connecting to that port? Suspended ports are generally caused by port security on this switch which can be directly related to the smart port roles.
You may try the following command
set interface active gi1 (or whatever port is in question).
