New to managed switches, but trying to get a head start before I start my network classes so please excuse my ignorance but I would appreciate some help with this if anyone will take the time. So I am having an issue with my SG300 switches. I have always used unmanaged switches but wanted to start playing with managed switches before my classes. I purchased 3 used SG300's a 10 port and 2, 28 port switches. Here is what I was wanting to setup. 10 port in the office area in my house connected to a 28 port in my basement and another 28 port in another are of the house, Updated all firmware to latest versions first then configured ech switch with it's own IP address 192.168.1.50, *.*.*.51, and *.*.*.52. So I got the switches all configured with IP addresses and can talk to each switch and configure it through the web interface now from the the computer connected to the 10 port switch in the office, But I cannot ping anything that is on the 28 port switch on the basement switch. All three switches are just using the default vlan1. I have 2 cat6 lines running from the office to the basement to connect those switches. I don't need fancy I just need functionality for now fancy comes later,
SG300-10
So the 10 port is set up with Router in port 1. The 2 lines going to the basement are in ports 2 and 3, 2 pc's in ports 4 and 5 and a NAS in port 6 and printer in port 7 and connection to the other 28 port switch in port 8. Everything works on the 10 port just fine with no issues.
SG300-28
28 port switch in the basement is set up as follows. Ports 1 and 2 connected to 10 port in office area. Ports 3,4,5,6 into a DL360 G7 server, Ports 7,8,9,10 into a second DL360 G7 server. Ports 11,12 into a NAS. I can configure this switch from upstairs in the office area but cannot ping or access anything connected to this switch.
SG300-28 Should be able to figure this out as soon as I get the first sg300 working.

I will get the configs when I get back to the house, But I did factory reset everything after I updated the firmware and checked all the switches and they only had the default vlan1 on them, I even factory reset all of them again after I had this problem and reconfigured the IP addresses. Was still able to log into each switch through web interface and not ping or access anything.

OK here are the configs. Switches have basically just been given names and IP's. Usernames and passwords set. Everything on my network is 192.168.1.* . I can log into the switch in the basement and configure it but can not ping or access anything connected to that switch.
