Is it possible to subdivide a GE link into 2 subinterfaces and assign each subinterface to a different VDC on a Nexus 7000 series?

No, each physical link can only be part of one VDC.

Agree with Reza, Only Physical resource can be part of VDC not any sub interfaces.
