Slow switch in Stack

Hi,

We have an issue with one of our switch stacks.

The stack exists of 2 switches WS-C3750-24PS-S with IOS C3750-ipbasek9-ms.122-44.SE.bin

Users experience slow download capacity when downloading big files. When those users are repatched to the other switch, it immediately results in faster response times. All users with problems have been patched on the first switch.

The switch uptime is 2 y and 40w. No reload done at this time.

Did anyone experience this problem before?

I can't speak for everyone else but these items highlighted could be the cause.  Have you tried to reboot your switch?  Or upgrade your IOS?
